Pretty easy install. The livna nvidia rpms automatically setup your xorg.conf as well.
Boot into runlevel 3 before installing (it makes life easier).
Run the following to install. You should be asked to install two packages, the kmod-nvidia and an xorg-drv-nvidia or something package…
# yum install kmod-nvidia
